Guidelines for Booking

  • We welcome family groups & married couples on priority and bachelors to some extent. We DO NOT encourage unmarried couples & mixed group of boys and girls are subject to verification by our community security & police patrol teams
  • Booking Policy : No refund once the booking is confirmed
  • For overnight stay, accommodation is provided for a max of 10 guests.
  • Music System can be arranged upon advance request with an additional cost, make sure that the decibel levels of the music system should not disturb the neighbours & the society is very strict about it, however playing of music system is NOT permitted beyond 22:00 Hrs in compliance of statutory laws
  • Limited kitchen with basic facilities are available since we do not encourage full fledged cooking, cooking facilities for families with kids who stay beyond 2 days will be addressed individually, Guests need to bring their own preferred food & beverages, home delivery services are available from nearby "RESTAURANT" (menu card is placed in the farm)
  • We have a separate enclosure beside the pool for making Barbeque. We encourage the guest to utilize the facility.
  • RO Drinking water is available limited to max 10 guests(large groups are advised to procure sufficient bubble cans on their own)
  • The depth of the pool is 5 feet 6 inches. We urge the guests not to dive. We would like to make sure that we are not responsible for any injury incurred in the pool, nearby the pool or anywhere in the Sashas Farm Stay premises.
  • Smoking in any form (Cigarettes/ Hookah/ Sheeshah) is not allowed. However cigarette smoking can be done outside the house
  • Pets are not allowed inside the House.
  • We do provide linen & toiletries for overnight stay guests only of max 10 guests.
  • We are not responsible for the damage or loss of your personal belongings inside our premise.
  • Please do not take away towels, blankets, bed linen, Projector, DVD Player. You will be charged double the cost if any of the above are found missing.
  • Guests are liable to pay for any damage to cutlery and crockery.
  • Request you to use the toilets in case you are feeling nausea/ill and want to throw up. If a guest throws up on the sheets, inside the house or any of the furniture, you will incur additional cleaning charges of Rs.1000/- per location in the premises
  • Please do not damage the property; this includes the tableware, cutlery, crockery, linen, walls, furniture. The guests are liable for the cost of damage to the property for all the above mentioned objects
  • Do not throw food, bottles, or plastic articles into the pool, on the lawn or in the villa premises. We also request guests to use waste bins to dispose garbage
  • No Drugs,Gambling and rave parties. STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED
  • Caretakers are available for housekeeping, general maintenance & guidance ONLY, we do not provide any domestic help of any nature.
  • The caretakers are available in the property from 10.00 AM to 10.00 PM only.
  • The tariff includes furniture, electricity, service charges & rent.
  • The crockery,plates, glasses,spoons if utilised the same should be washed & cleaned and kept in their respective place by the guests immediately after the use.
  • Guests are requested to abide by the laws of the land and adhere to statutory laws as applicable
  • Check-in 12 noon onwards up to 10 PM and check-out by 10 AM
